The Women’s Justice Movement (WJM) held an online educational and psychological support session focused on self-worth, confidence and personal growth under the theme “I Am Valuable: For Myself and My Future.”
The session was designed to create a supportive space where participants could reflect on their abilities, recognize their inherent value and think about their goals for the future. The program was part of WJM’s continuing educational and psychological support activities.
Participants Reflect on Their Strengths and Future Goals
The session was led by Mobina Khairandish, with Khatima Afzali and Bahar Khamosh serving as moderators.
The discussion covered self-belief, self-confidence, recognizing individual abilities and setting goals for the future. Participants were reminded that a person’s value does not depend on appearance, achievements or the judgments of others, and that every individual possesses inherent worth and abilities.
Participants shared their thoughts about their personal strengths, abilities and future goals, while also exchanging their experiences with one another. The discussion provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on their own experiences and encourage one another.
The program also emphasized the importance of self-care, maintaining hope and strengthening self-confidence during difficult circumstances. Three affirmations were highlighted as key messages of the session: “I am valuable,” “I am capable,” and “I have the right to build a better future.”
A Space for Learning, Support and Encouragement
As a gesture of support, the book “The Gifts of Imperfection” was presented to participants as a keepsake by the instructor.
The session concluded with active participation and engagement, providing a space for learning, dialogue, experience-sharing and strengthening motivation.
